The Vendor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of third-party manpower agencies and ensuring that store staffing requirements are efficiently met. The role focuses on optimizing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor regulations, and supporting store HR operations to maintain a stable and high-performing workforce.

This position works closely with the Store HR and Talent Acquisition teams to anticipate manpower needs, streamline agency processes, and ensure timely deployment of qualified talents across all store locations.

Vendor & Manpower Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and partner agencies
  • Oversee and monitor agency compliance with contractual agreements, SLAs, and labor laws
  • Ensure sufficient manpower supply to meet store staffing requirements and seasonal demands
  • Regularly evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
  • Manage contract renewals, rate negotiations, and billing validations in coordination with Procurement and Finance

Store HR Operations

  • Partner with Store HR and Operations to forecast manpower needs and address staffing gaps
  • Support end-to-end agency onboarding, orientation, and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to maintain manpower databases and staffing reports
  • Monitor attrition, attendance, and performance trends among agency-deployed staff and recommend interventions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to vendor or manpower agency management
  • Experience handling store-level or retail manpower requirements is a plus
  • Excellent communication, team, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willing to travel to store locations as needed
