Purpose: Project Management Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing IT-related projects across the organization, ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals while adhering to established project management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and best practices for IT projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
  • Support managers and teams in defining project scope, objectives, and milestones.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among IT teams, vendors, and business units.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and executive dashboards.
  • Assist in resource planning, capacity management, and project portfolio prioritization.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or PMO role, preferably in IT or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling system implementations and solution deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
