About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist (Non-voice) at TASK AGENCIES INC', you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through digital channels. This full-time role in Taguig City, Metro Manila, is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the customer experience and contribute to the company's success.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other digital channels
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, accurate and effective solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as appropriate
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Continuously learn about the company's products and services to provide the best possible support
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
