JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise end-to-end budget preparation process of head office and branches with Regional Finance Officer (RFO) ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Consolidate corporate-level annual budgets, validating assumptions in terms of revenues, costs, and other corporate expenses.
  • Assist Budget & Financial Planning Manager in rolling forecast, variance analyses, and company financial outlook. Support the department manager in presenting the financial planning results and insights to management.
  • Monitor adherence to approved budgets and highlight deviations with actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance with variance analysis.
  • Support RFO in conducting profitability analysis of new projects.
  • Recommend improvements in financial planning systems and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with the Financial Planning Manager in creating a dashboard and other data analytics to enhance data reporting/visualization.
JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATION
  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA is a great advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or corporate finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively work in a team setting with a lot of collaboration.
