YOUR ROLE:

JOB SUMMARY



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Increase conversion rate through optimization of product listings, descriptions, images, infographics, metadata, pricing, promotions, cross-selling, etc.
  • Address emerging technical and customer issues promptly and devise long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain outstanding fulfillment, returns, and customer service by working closely with internal departments in operations and sales to ensure seamless processes
  • Provide insightful recommendations to drive sales through in-depth analysis of sales performance, user behavior, operations, and other relevant trends
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive eCommerce sales on these platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ Years of eCommerce experience
SKILLS
  • Proven experience with online marketplaces
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
