This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our sales force and the compliance of our premium brand standards across all key locations. You will be the crucial link between the field and the central office, driving tangible results through Integrity and Excellence.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Your role requires a balance of strategic administrative support and on-the-ground operational leadership:
- Sales Performance: Monitor the daily efficiency and performance metrics of our Coffee Specialists, ensuring the consistent attainment of all sales targets and quotas.
- Field Leadership: Conduct scheduled daily store visits and site audits to provide direct supervision, verify policy adherence, and implement immediate corrective actions. (Willingness to do Field Work is required.)
- Inventory & Logistics: Process all Trade Point Purchase Orders (PO) and manage stock and consumable levels with high accuracy. Coordinate efficiently with SCM for timely and precise logistics.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
- Brand Standards: Ensure meticulous adherence to all product visibility and premium merchandising standards across the trade channel.
- Training: Conduct structured demo training and product orientation sessions for the field team and external trade partners.
- Administrative Compliance: Oversee and manage all personnel records (attendance, incentives), and accurately maintain the customer CRM database.

We require a highly capable individual with a robust background in sales operations and administrative excellence:
- Experience: Proven track record in asales coordination, administrative, or sales support role. Experience within the FMCG is an advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and inventory management skills with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for reporting.
- Communication: Demonstrates strong, professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when dealing with teams and partners.
- Mindset: Ability to be proactive, collaborative, and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
