Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Representatives: Assist the sales team by providing necessary resources, maintaining up-to-date sales materials, and ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.
  • Coordinate Sales Activities: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details, and follow up on order fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
  • Training and Development: Assist in hiring and training new sales staff, ensuring they understand company policies, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
