Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Product & Client Success Manager
based in Manila, with flexibility for remote work.
In this role, you'll bridge product strategy and client partnership; guiding projects from concept to launch while ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way. You'll collaborate directly with the founder, engineers, and designers to turn client goals into structured product roadmaps, manage delivery timelines, and maintain exceptional communication throughout.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Light Reach clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Translate client feedback and goals into actionable product requirements and priorities.
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, milestones, and updates with a focus on clarity and reliability.
- Conduct light market or user research to inform product strategy.
- Prepare documentation, meeting summaries, and progress reports to keep both clients and internal teams in sync.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and ways to improve our product process and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in
product lifecycle management

. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience translating business goals into clear product plans and deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience with
agile or startup-style product development
is a plus. - Comfortable working with engineers, designers, and technical concepts.
- Strategic and empathetic- able to think from both client and product perspectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
