We are looking for a Large Store Format Supervisor to oversee the operations and sales performance of large-format retail outlets. The role involves supervising store teams, ensuring proper merchandising, monitoring inventory, and implementing promotional activities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to handle the demands of large-scale store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned large-format retail stores
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to meet sales and service targets
  • Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock availability
  • Monitor inventory, conduct regular audits, and coordinate replenishment
  • Implement trade marketing and promotional activities to boost sales
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment for employees

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience)
  • At least 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail, grocery, or distribution operations (large-format stores preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising, sales strategies, and inventory management
  • Computer literate (MS Office and POS systems)
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to commit long-term and preferably residing near assigned store location
