We're Hiring: Sales Network Area Supervisor at BillEase

Are you passionate about sales, building strong partnerships, and leading a high-performing team? BillEase is looking for a Sales Network Area Supervisor to join us in shaping how customers experience flexible financial solutions right at our partner stores.

What You'll Do

  • Strengthen relationships with BillEase partner stores.
  • Lead, train, and schedule Sales Associates.
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure execution.
  • Enforce fraud prevention and compliance.
  • Motivate your team through regular check-ins.
  • Manage and distribute in-store collaterals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience (with 1+ year in leadership preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knows local market trends and uses relevant tools/software.
  • Adaptable, organized, and committed to integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
