About Us:

Makimura Ramen Corp. is a growing Japanese restaurant brand committed to delivering authentic flavors and excellent customer service. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Store Supervisor who will help us maintain operational excellence and a positive dining experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure proper food handling procedures.
  • Implement company standards in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other operational records.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower, scheduling, and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in food service or restaurant supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
  • Must be customer-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Preferably with background in Japanese cuisine or casual dining setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
