Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and proactive
Sales Associate
to join our growing team. This role will focus on lead generation and management, B2B account development, outbound sales, and supporting our retail teams through product and sales training. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of how to build customer relationships and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle and manage all incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, website, TikTok, and offline channels
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations or demos, and ensure a smooth handover to fulfillment

• Track lead status in CRM and follow up to maximize conversion rates

• 2. B2B Account Management

• Develop relationships with key accounts including department stores, gyms, restaurants, hotels, and cafés
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate pricing, and close B2B sales deals

• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, upsell new products, and coordinate replenishment or restocking schedules

• 3. Outbound Sales & Prospecting

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential B2B partners, gyms, influencers, and institutions
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects and update CRM accordingly

• Represent Filcon Ventures in sales meetings, pitches, and product presentations

• 4. Sales Target Ownership

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned channels (retail, online, and B2B)
• Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure timely processing of sales
• Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• 5. Retail Training & Support
• Train and support retail staff (both in-house and partner store teams like Rustan's) on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand messaging
• Conduct regular product knowledge refreshers and performance coaching
• Monitor and report on retail team performance, giving input on improvements or incentives
• Additional Responsibilities
• Support at brand activations, mall events, and product demo days
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign ideas that drive conversions
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends
• Provide feedback to the product and inventory teams based on customer preferences and market demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• At least 2 years experience in sales, business development, or account management (retail and/or B2B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes
• Passionate about lifestyle products and helping customers find the right solutions

• Experience in the home & kitchen, fitness, or lifestyle industry
• Background working with retail or ecommerce platforms
• Experience conducting product demonstrations or trainings
• Network within the retail, hospitality, or fitness industries in the Philippines
