Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Understand digital marketing funnels and strategies, following established processes for all campaigns.
  • Audit and improve existing ad campaigns to meet KPIs such as Cost Per Lead and conversion rates.
  • Manage up to 100 active client accounts while maintaining performance quality.
  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for campaigns, offering actionable insights.
  • Stay current with Facebook compliance, advertising policies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Test and apply new advertising methods (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and share knowledge with the team.

Experience and Proficiency

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in online funnel marketing and local lead generation.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook compliance policies (Facebook Blueprint preferred).
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Coachable and eager to learn new ad strategies and tools as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
  • Passion for fitness or health industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills for ad performance optimization.
  • Strong Wi-Fi connection, webcam, and private workspace for client calls and meetings.

Note: Saturday - Sunday 8AM - 6PM (FulllTime) 10 hrs per day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php3, Php4,560.00 per day

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
