About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Trainer – Process with experience in the banking and finance industry to join our team onsite in BGC, Taguig. You will play a vital role in ensuring employees understand and adhere to operational processes through effective training programs.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver process-focused training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to ensure accurate process adherence.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify process gaps and training needs.
  • Facilitate refresher courses and updates in line with policy or system changes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data.
  • Maintain training documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to improve process understanding and execution.

Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Process Specialist in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in training tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse learning audiences.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time at BGC, Taguig.
