About the Role

This position is responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing, including verifying applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work closely with CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams, and provide accurate updates to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
  • Maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions
  • Identify areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggest enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
