- Assess clients' mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns.
- Design and implement customized stretching and mobility programs.
- Guide clients through safe and effective exercises.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Maintain detailed client records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare/wellness team for integrated care.
Conduct yoga or group classes as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist is a plus but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stretching, mobility, or similar roles.
- Experience in yoga, Pilates, or similar physical activities.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
