Accounts Payable Senior Associate

Night Shift - Onsite

Reporting to: Accounts Payable Team Leader

SUMMARY:

A US-based health care company is seeking a Manila-based Accounts Payable Senior Associate with at least 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, experience with SAGE INTACC or similar software, and the ability to provide high-quality AP Support. The accounts Payable is responsible for verifying and entering invoices in the systems and investigating and resolving issues for the company's payable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Properly classify invoices to correct GL Account and sub accounts for multiple jurisdiction.
  • Receive and verify approved invoices
  • Monitors outstanding checks
  • Review completeness from vendors
  • Perform any other duties assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
  • At least 2 years AP experience
  • ERP software experience
  • Understanding of GAAP Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
