What you'll be doing

  1. Process and record accounts payable invoices and expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure payments are accurate and authorised
  3. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all financial transactions
  5. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
  6. Contribute to the implementation of efficient accounts payable processes and procedures
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
  2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Familiarity with accounts payable best practices and regulations
  7. Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
