· We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end banking software implementation and development projects.

· You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery using both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery.

· Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, vendor and third-party management, risk mitigation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

· You will guide cross-functional teams—developers, designers, testers, and analysts—while fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Job Qualifications (JQ)

· Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent

· Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (IT, UI/UX, QA, BA)

· Must have experience in stakeholder management

· Must have experience in software implementation/development

· Must have experience in managing vendors, third parties, or service providers

· Strong system implementation and banking/credit card operations background

· Skilled in waterfall, agile, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies

· Experience facilitating Scrum events and guiding teams in agile processes
