JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AO Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Managed and monitored batch jobs using Unix (cron, shell scripting) and Windows (Task Scheduler, PowerShell).
• Performed daily health checks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis of failed jobs.
• Automated repetitive tasks with scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborated with application and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Documented procedures, job flows, and troubleshooting guides for operational consistency.
Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working as a Support Engineer
