Office Staff

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Staff to join our team at TAT Recyclables and Renewables Corporation in Plaridel, Bulacan. As a full-time Office Staff, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing and maintaining office records, files and databases
2. Handling and organising incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
3. Providing administrative support to the management team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
5. Ordering office supplies and equipment as needed
6. Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
7. Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
