About the Role

Rakugaki Central is a growing stationery and gift shop seeking a friendly, energetic, and creative individual to join our office team. In this role, you will support daily operations such as order processing, customer assistance, stock handling, and light content-related tasks. Attention to detail and reliability are essential, alongside a positive and engaging attitude.

This position is strictly on-site and office-based (not work-from-home).


Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and restocking inventory
  • Update order records and support delivery coordination when required
  • Respond to customer messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with basic administrative duties or product listing updates
  • (Optional) Help with simple content tasks such as layouts or short videos
  • Keep packing, storage, and work areas clean and well-organized

Preferred Qualities

The ideal candidate is:

  • Approachable, positive, and pleasant to work with
  • Confident in communicating and interacting with others
  • Creative or interested in creative and visual tasks
  • Comfortable participating in content-related activities when needed
  • Interested in stationery, planners, or creative tools (an advantage but not required)

  • Willing to work strictly on-site / office-based
  • Dependable, responsible, and professional in conduct
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer tools
  • Physically capable of handling light to moderate lifting
