PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Assist the Manager to manage and oversee department's daily operations.

B. Assist the Manager to ensure the accuracy of financial reports and that accounting of each transaction is in compliance with the company policies and procedures. Assist the Manager to create and maintain good controls and accounting processes.

C. Oversee the month end and year end closing of accounting books.

D. Maintain the data integrity of books of account. Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.

E. Co-manage the preparation of complete set of FS every month (Financial Performance, Financial Position, Cash flow, and related schedules)

F. Be responsible for the reports such as bank reconciliation report, aging of AR and AP, inventory, PPE and other significant accounts of the company.

G. Financial Analysis including but not limited to management accounting, variance analysis, cost analysis, projections. Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

H. Support BIR tax audit and regular taxation compliance.

I. Ensure compliance of the company in SEC, BIR and Local Government Unit

J. Co-Manage, train, and help hire, accounting staff.

K. Support the Manager in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) transactions such as BSRD application in case of foreign currency denominated loans or inward remittances originating from foreign sources.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the CFO and FAD Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

A. College graduate preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant field.

B. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.

C. With at least 8-year extensive experience in business office setting performing finance and accounting duties.

D. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and SAP application knowledge is an advantage.

E. Knowledgeable with applicable tax assertions.

F. Trustworthy with excellent interpersonal and management skills.

G. Capable of multi-tasking, can work under pressure.

H. High level of accuracy and attention to details with strict sense of meeting deadlines.
