Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Accountant to join our growing team in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. This is a key role responsible for overseeing both local and international accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with SAP Business One, strong expertise in Philippine taxation and domestic law, and proven knowledge of Australian accounting standards. Exposure to UK and US accounting practices is highly desirable.

You will work directly with the General Manager and CEO, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Willingness to work onsite – Sto. Tomas, Batangas (mandatory).
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for Philippine entity and global subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and BIR regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, payroll-related filings, etc.).
  • Manage Australian tax and compliance requirements (BAS, GST, payroll tax, corporate tax).
  • Support financial reporting for UK and US entities, including tax filings and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize SAP Business One for accounting, reporting, and automation.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies locally and abroad.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and process improvements.
  • Provide management with financial insights, analysis, and recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or global accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (implementation/optimization is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation.
  • Familiarity with UK and US accounting/tax practices is highly preferred.
  • Experience preparing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidated reports.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail; ability to work independently and proactively.
