About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative' in Baler Aurora. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Xiaomi manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and maintaining high quality standards. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  2. Monitoring product quality and identifying areas for improvement
  3. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  4. Providing coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development
  5. Collaborating with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes
  6. Generating and analyzing production reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role within a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control and safety standards
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges as they arise
  5. Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software and data analysis tools
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
