DESIGN & PLANNING

• Develop detailed engineering plans for fiber optic and copper cable networks

• Create diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings using CAD and GIS tools

• Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and requirements

IMPLEMENTATION & OVERSIGHT

• Supervise installation of aerial and underground cable systems

• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely execution

• Review and approve fiber test results and splicing work

COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and local regulations

• Prepare and maintain accurate records, permits, and documentation

• Collaborate with authorities for approvals and right-of-way access

MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

• Monitor network performance and address outages or degradation

• Provide emergency support during infrastructure failures

• Recommend upgrades or modifications based on performance data

•Must be a degree holder of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

•Preferably a licensed Engineer (ECE , EE, or ME).

•MUST have at least seven (7) years of experience in Outside Plant (Aerial & Underground FOC) implementation, maintenance, and repairs; OSP project implementation or maintenance management.

•Preferably a Certified Safety Officer.

•MUST have a valid driver's license.

•Willing to be assigned at: Baler, Aurora
