Client Acquisition Specialist – Medical Aesthetics

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST, 1 hour unpaid break
Client timezone: EST
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to prospects in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry

  • Research and generate leads from specific zip codes and designated websites

  • Perform email outreach and social media direct messaging to potential clients

  • Contact decision-makers at med spas, weight loss clinics, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists

  • Create and maintain lead tracking spreadsheets with prospect information and contact history

  • Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints (calls, emails, SMS)

  • Guide interested prospects to sign up for the company's portal system

  • Provide daily reports and participate in regular check-ins with management

  • Work split time between two similar businesses in different geographic markets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cold calling and inside sales roles (beauty industry highly preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in outreach efforts

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect research

  • Comfortable working with multiple clients and adapting to different business needs

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
