Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations

  1. Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high efficiency and service standards.

  2. Implement and maintain SOPs for treatments, client handling, scheduling, and inventory.

  3. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of non-clinical and clinical support teams.

  4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational continuity.

Sales & Business Development

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and upselling.

  2. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to sales targets and revenue goals.

  3. Participate in pricing, promotional campaigns, and treatment packaging decisions.

Client Experience & Journey

  1. Oversee the entire patient journey — from consultation to post-treatment care — ensuring a premium experience.

  2. Support and train the team in handling objections, cross-selling, and delivering treatment recommendations.

  3. Handle VIP and high-value clients, ensuring customized treatment plans and follow-up.

  4. Work closely with executive management to define and achieve monthly and quarterly clinic goals.

  5. Identify new treatment trends, service opportunities, or business improvements to remain competitive.

  6. Contribute to marketing strategy through collaboration on campaigns, events, and digital presence.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Licensed Medical Doctor with a background in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related field.

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetics, with exposure to operations and/or sales.

  3. Strong understanding of both clinical protocols and business operations.

  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

  5. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client satisfaction and business growth.

  6. Experience using clinic management software and CRM tools.

  7. Confidence in leading and training teams.

  8. Ability to multitask across clinical and operational responsibilities.

  9. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  10. Passion for the aesthetics industry and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
