  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in 5's. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of 5's, Lean tools, factory layout planning, and digital improvement systems. Familiarity with ISO, kaizen and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects, strong audit and evaluation background, and exposure to environmental management practices.
  • Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence and motivate teams across all levels. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced 5's implementation, kaizen facilitation, and Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Integrated 5's + Safety + Environment inspection system, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 awareness.
  • Use of digital platforms for audit tracking, process monitoring, and performance dashboards.
  • Root cause analysis (RCA), problem-solving techniques, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
