The Team:

The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.

The Product Performance group is seeking a Product Performance Analyst to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will support product tools and processes that are essential for the success of a world-class product organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Management stakeholders to prepare high-quality presentations that effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to internal audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Support the adoption and enablement of the Product team's roadmapping tool (Aha)
• Collaborate with Product Management stakeholders to create high-quality presentations that clearly communicate product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to internal audiences
• Assist with documentation of product processes and best practices
• Own, maintain, and curate new presentation template as needed to support our communication needs effectively
• Identify process improvements with Product teams to run and operate more efficiently at scale

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in a Product Operations role or similar experience
• Experience with common Product Management roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha or similar)
• Proficiency with creating effective PowerPoint presentations
• Strong attention to detail and creative/visualization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• General understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
• Open to work on a shifting schedule
