Position Summary:

* The Multi-skilled Technician for Village Water Facilities is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all water supply systems within the village. This role ensures the continuous delivery of clean, safe water to the community by performing various technical tasks related to water treatment, distribution, and infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications:

* With at least 2 years experience

* Technical diploma or equivalent in related field.

* Proven experience in maintaining water facilities or similar infrastructure.

* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Familiarity with water treatment processes and quality standards.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Water System Maintenance:

* Perform regular inspections and maintenance of water & booster pumps, tanks, pipelines, back washing and valves to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.

~ Repairs and Troubleshooting:

* Diagnose and repair issues with water distribution systems, including leaks, pump malfunctions, and other mechanical/electrical failures.

~ Documentation and Reporting:

* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and water quality tests. Report any major issues or required upgrades to management.

~ Emergency Response:

* Respond to water supply emergencies, such as pipe bursts or contamination incidents, to minimize disruption to the community.

~ Physical Requirements:

* Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
