  • Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
  • Receiving and responding to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on the building
  • Testing and recommending new maintenance products
  • Dealing with incoming work requests
  • Inspecting existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
