Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain functions. This role involves managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory control while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

    Monitor and enhance supply chain performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Supervise and guide logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and dispatch teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on logistics metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage logistics budgets and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Implement technology solutions and systems to streamline logistics operations.

    Work closely with procurement, customer service, and other departments to align logistics with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and inventory systems.

    Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
