Be an Outbound Lead Gen Team Leader for Major U.S. Insurance Carriers, inspire excellence, achieve targets, and enjoy rewards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hire A-Players, effectively set expectations, identify behaviors, and coach employees to be consistently outstanding performers.
  • Responsible for leading a team of 12 to 15 agents. ( Will have QA and ATL assistance)
  • Outspoken and demonstrates company core values and culture.
  • Identify and reinforce positive sales behaviors through Training and Coaching.
  • Responsible for delivery of Performance Results and Quality
  • Provide supervision to direct reports to ensure proper scheduling coverage and Performance Goals

We're looking for:

  • 1+ years as an Outbound Team Leader (Customer Service Retention).
  • Lead Generation experience preferred.
  • Sales/Insurance/Appointment Setting experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and work ethic.
