Job Description:

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel.
  • Manage schedules and ensure efficient deployment of security personnel.
  • Develops the company safety, health, security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines.
  • Initiate appropriate safety preventive and corrective actions immediately and whenever necessary.
  • Evaluates working conditions, Safety work practices and develop recommendations, and present presents training programs for safety promotion and accident prevention.
  • Ensures proper implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment procedures and Provide Training Programs.
  • Administers appropriate safe work practices and procedures.
  • Reviews and analyze all accident reports and ensures that the necessary actions have been applied without undue delay.
  • Attend field operations coordination inspection and safety meeting to ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and environmental regulations.
  • Reports to the Head of Security.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferably.
  • Preferably a former AFP or PNP
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Has knowledge in security systems, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
  • With motorcycle or car
