What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Actively participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
