About the role
As a Team Leader at JMZ Marketing Inc', you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a high-performing customer service team in our Liloan Cebu office. Overseeing a team of customer service professionals, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving key performance targets. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise, coach and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure consistently high levels of service
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing effective strategies to drive productivity and efficiency
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and professional development
- Liaise with other departments to resolve complex customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Analyse customer data and feedback to inform decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service policies, procedures and training programs
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong customer-centric mindset and a commitment to service excellence
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre supervisory role
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and data analysis tools
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and driving positive business outcomes
