About the role

As a Team Leader at JMZ Marketing Inc', you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a high-performing customer service team in our Liloan Cebu office. Overseeing a team of customer service professionals, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving key performance targets. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise, coach and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure consistently high levels of service
2. Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing effective strategies to drive productivity and efficiency
3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and professional development
4. Liaise with other departments to resolve complex customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
5. Analyse customer data and feedback to inform decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service policies, procedures and training programs
7. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong customer-centric mindset and a commitment to service excellence

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre supervisory role
2. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
5. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and data analysis tools
6. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and driving positive business outcomes
