JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, food service, or retail outlet
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills; people-oriented with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, long hours, weekends, and holidays

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales, profit, quality, and people targets
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the store team for excellent performance and career growth
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, cleanliness, and government regulations
  • Oversee cost control, inventory management, and cash handling to maintain profitability
  • Implement sales, marketing, and new product strategies to drive business growth
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure effective recovery for customer satisfaction
  • Supervise manpower planning, scheduling, and succession development for the team
  • Act as Safety Officer, Emergency Response Lead, and Pollution Control Officer to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
