We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead .NET Backend Developer
to drive the backend development of our
high-performance platform
. This role requires deep expertise in
event-driven microservices architecture
,
high-concurrency handling
, and
asynchronous processing
to ensure seamless and secure financial transactions at scale.

As a
lead developer
, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and scale a system that processes
high volumes of real-time transactions
while maintaining reliability and performance. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and optimize
high-performance .NET microservices
for an event-driven system.

Ensure
scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance
in a high-throughput environment.

Implement
asynchronous programming
, concurrency control, and efficient data handling to maintain system integrity under heavy load.

Design and manage
Kafka (or similar event-driven messaging systems)
for real-time data processing.

Utilize best practices in
dependency injection, unit testing, and SOLID principles
to create maintainable code.

Lead and mentor backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure).

Optimize database interactions using
custom ORM solutions, caching strategies, and indexing
.

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and improve system observability with
distributed tracing and monitoring tools
.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in .NET backend development
(C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).

Expertise in event-driven microservices architecture
using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

Deep understanding of multi-threading, parallelism, and concurrency control
in distributed systems.

Strong experience with
Task Parallel Library (TPL), async/await, and thread synchronization techniques
.

Proficiency in
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases
, with knowledge of indexing and query optimization.

Experience with
dependency injection (DI), SOLID principles, and unit testing frameworks
.

Familiarity with
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
.

Strong understanding of
secure coding practices, API security, and authentication mechanisms
.

Ability to
mentor junior developers
and conduct technical design reviews.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with
gRPC, SignalR, or WebSockets
for real-time communication.

Familiarity with
Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS patterns
.

Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
.
