Sales and Service Assistant

Basic Function

Provides administrative support to Sales, the position has daily responsibility within the area of focus but will also work on common tasks that can be completed based on the time available.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to Sales team including but not limited to managing phone calls, distribution of correspondence, word processing, copy work, filing, and follow-up of pending activities, time management and event scheduling.

Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.

Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

Maintains all department documents and research reports

Handle miscellaneous duties for reporting using systems, SAP and others in creating power point or other analytical data requirements

Qualification Requirements

Education: preferably college graduate of a business administration course

Skills

Ability to function well with short time lines and multiple activities

Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and can easily adapt to new systems or processes

Knowledge of purchasing, accounts payables and invoice reconciliation

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
