About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with solid experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Consumer Goods industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's financial performance through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and effective management of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, including revenue, margins, and expenses, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to management.
  • Support investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and other financial modeling activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • Manage and mentor the FP&A or finance team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, or Financial Reporting.
  • Background in F&B or Consumer Goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
  • With managerial experience leading a finance team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
