Who You'll Be Working With

You'll Be Responsible For The Following

  • Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
  • Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
  • Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Collecting and analyziung key metrics, such as delivery performance, cost, and value realization.
  • Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies
  • Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Communicate portfolio progress, risks, and achievements in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Track and report on the realization of benefits across projects, ensuring alignment with business cases.

We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field
  • Experience of managing complex project and product development
  • Knowledge of managing agile methodology
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
  • Experience working collaboratively with a diverse business and IT teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
  • Has technical proficiency and development background
  • Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial
