Director of GTM
What you will own

  • Lab/dentist acquisition via PLG + enterprise motions; build partner programs.

  • Run demand gen, outbound, and RevOps; manage CAC payback, NRR/GRR.

  • Align GTM with Product and Ops; enable reps with playbooks and tooling.

What you must bring (Skills & Proof Points)

  • Delivered ARR growth with pipeline proof and CAC/payback discipline.

  • Ran PLG loops and enterprise sales playbooks in SaaS.

  • Hands-on with HubSpot/Salesforce/Marketo and funnel analytics.

  • Operator-disruptor, not a corporate marketer.
