About the role
This is a full-time customer service representative (CSR) role for AUXILIA INC', based in the UP Campus Quezon City Metro Manila location. You will be part of the HP sales non-voice team, working from home with a competitive salary of 28k. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
- Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers with their purchases
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and skills
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the retail or technology industry
