About the Role

WeMod is scaling our global reach, and we're looking for a skilled video editor to transform our existing short-form gaming content for international audiences. In this role, you'll take our high-performing English videos and efficiently adapt them for other markets through voiceover replacement, caption updates, and strategic template creation. You'll be essential to our content localization strategy, helping us bring the WeMod experience to gaming communities worldwide while maintaining the engaging quality that makes our content successful.

What You'll Do
  • Repurpose 8+ videos daily by adapting existing short-form content for international audiences
  • Replace English voiceovers with AI-generated voices using platforms like ElevenLabs
  • Update captions and text overlays to match localized audio content
  • Create and maintain efficient templates for rapid video adaptation workflows
  • Make minor edits to ensure seamless integration of new audio and visual elements
  • Collaborate with translation tools and native speaker support to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain consistent quality and brand standards across all localized versions
  • Optimize workflow processes to meet high-volume daily production targets
  • Ensure all repurposed content maintains the engaging pacing and visual appeal of originals
What You Need
  • Demonstrated video editing skills with a portfolio of short-form content
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Experience with AI voiceover platforms (ElevenLabs preferred) and audio replacement workflows
  • Understanding of what makes compelling content in the gaming space
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet regular deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong eye for engaging visuals and moments in gameplay footage
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple video versions and assets
  • Passion for gaming and ability to identify exciting gameplay moments
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure consistency across localized versions
