We are hiring - Operations Manager For A Stainless Steel Fabrication Company

We are an established enterprise operating for almost 30 years based in Novaliches, Quezon City. We are a 100% Filipino-owned business, fabricating and manufacturing all kinds of stainless steel products in different parts of the country and abroad.

Position & Salary:

Our company is looking for a full-time Operations Manager. The pay range we're offering based on experience is Php 45,000 to Php 50,000 per month. Upon regularization, the employee will also receive an additional daily meal allowance on top of his daily pay.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, but graduates of other 4-year courses are also encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the same field is required. Undergraduates with at least 3 years of experience as a Operations Manager are also welcome to apply.
• In-depth knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with stainless steel fabrication processes and techniques (plus).
• Must possess a strong ability to read and understand layouts, and take accurate measurements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. With strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure. With strong attention to detail and basic reporting skills.
• Open to work overtime and from Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees and supervises staff and assigned operations. Reports directly to the Managing Director.
• Ensures that all commitments will be served on time using proper scheduling of all activities involved in serving a certain project.
• Ensures that all health and safety rules are met and followed by all production department personnel and staff.
• Determines quality control standards and ensures adherence to all current industry standards.
• Creates employee production schedules to guarantee optimal staffing levels and a smooth production process.
• Manages and assesses machine operations to ensure productivity and downtime is kept to a minimum.
• Oversees production costs, identifying and correcting waste measures.

Working Conditions:

• Work week: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 8 a.m to 5 p.m (Two 15-min breaks AM and PM, One 1-hr lunch)

Compensation:

• Monthly base salary depending on experience: Php 45, 000 to Php 50,000.
• Daily allowance for meals upon regularization.
• Entitlement to 13th-month pay.
• Complete statutory benefits.
