This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency across logistics, sales, customer service, and staff management. This position plays a key role in achieving branch targets while upholding company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise overall branch operations including sales, inventory, logistics, and delivery team.
  • Monitor and guide riders and branch staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in handling customer concerns and resolving service issues.
  • Coordinate with the head office and prepare regular operations and sales reports.
  • Motivate and lead the team to reach performance goals and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Must have own motorcycle
