Position: Account and Administration Supervisor
Location: Global One, Eastwood, Libis, QC, Philippines

Your Role:
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial management reporting, including general ledger reconciliation, stock takes (including NRV analysis), and adjusting journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgeting, including monthly variance analysis.
- Assist in preparation and lodgment of documentation and liaising with external accountants and other government entities for taxation obligations, including but not limited to income tax, business activity statements, payroll tax, and fringe benefits tax.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and preparation of required documentatio,n such as banks, vendor supplier credit applications, external auditor,s and the like.
- Have Bookkeeping obligations as required, liaising with other staff, including bank reconciliations, preparation of payment runs, vendor and customer entries as required
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
