Accounting Supervisor

Work Address: Quezon City

Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor budget variances, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Support strategic decision-making with relevant financial insights
  • Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws
  • Coordinate and support external audits and address audit findings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting operations

  • Experience and knowledge in:

  • BIR compliance

  • Taxation

  • Costing

  • Finance

  • Banking processes

  • Proficient in MS Excel (spreadsheets, charts, advanced formulas)

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning
