We are looking for a skilled Coffee Roaster to join our team and ensure high-quality coffee production. The role involves:

  • Operating and monitoring roasting equipment to achieve consistent roast profiles.
  • Selecting, weighing, and roasting green coffee beans according to set recipes and company standards.
  • Conducting regular quality control checks on aroma, flavor, and roast levels.
  • Recording roast data, maintaining inventory of green and roasted beans, and preparing daily reports.
  • Cleaning, calibrating, and maintaining roasting machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop new blends and improve existing profiles.
  • Staying updated on roasting trends and bean origins to enhance product quality.

Key Skills: Attention to detail, passion for coffee, sensory evaluation skills, equipment handling, and record keeping.

Pay: Php37, Php42,000.00 per month
